Getting started

  • Remove the Plastic Bag: Inside the box, you’ll find your vape device securely enclosed in a plastic bag. Carefully take the bag out of the box.
  • Open the Plastic Bag: Tear or cut open the plastic bag along its perforated edge or sealed seam, taking care not to damage the vape device inside.
  • Inspect Your Device: Once the vape is out of the bag, inspect it to ensure it is in perfect condition, free of any visible damage.
  • Remove the bung from the tip of the vape.

  • Remove the Plastic Bag: Inside the box, the dock will be encased in a protective plastic bag. Gently remove the bag from the box.
  • Open the Plastic Bag: Tear or cut open the plastic bag, being cautious not to harm the dock.
  • Remove the protective film

We believe a vast majority of customers will already have one or more of the standard USB cables already, and we don’t want to add to environmental waste by including something that is almost certainly unnecessary

Refilling / Recharging

  1. Connect USB: Ensure your dock is plugged into a power source using a USBC cable
  2. Check the Dock LED: Before inserting your vape into the dock, ensure that the dock's bottom LED is green. If the LED is red, please wait until it turns green before proceeding.
  3. Inspect Your Vape: Ensure your vape is clean and free from debris before inserting it into the dock.

  1. Insert liquid bottle. Before you insert the vape, make sure you insert the bottle.
  2. Insert the Vape: Gently insert your vape into the dock. Ensure it is properly aligned and fully seated in the dock.
  3. Automatic Detection: The dock will automatically detect the vape. Once detected, the refill and recharge process will begin.

  1. Refill Process: The dock will start refilling your vape. This process takes less than 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  2. Monitoring the Refill: There is no need for user intervention during this process. The dock will manage the refill automatically.

  1. Charging Indicator LEDs: The dock features 4 white LEDs to indicate the charging progress: 1 LED: 25% charged, 2 LEDs: 50% charged, 3 LEDs: 75% charged, 4 LEDs: 100% charged
  2. Charging Duration: Charging time varies depending on the battery's current level, typically less than 35 minutes.

Completion Indicators:

  • The top LED on the vape will turn green, indicating that the vape is fully refilled.
  • The bottom LED on the dock will also turn green, confirming that the vape is fully charged.
  • Remove the Vape: Once both LEDs are green, carefully remove the vape from the dock.

  • Do not force the vape into the dock. Ensure proper alignment to avoid damage.
  • Wait for the green LED signals before removing the vape to ensure complete refilling and charging.

Cleaning the Bottle Cavity in the Dock System

  1. When replacing the bottle, you may want to inspect the bottle cavity in the dock for any leakage. 
  2. If the top of bottle is wet, or you can see the bottle cavity in the dock filling up with eliquid, follow steps 2&3

  1. Before cleaning, ensure the dock is unplugged from any power source to avoid any electrical issues.
  2. Ensure the vape and bottle are removed from the dock.
  3. Gather cleaning materials: You will need:
  • Paper towel 
  • Isopropyl alcohol (optional for deeper cleaning)

  1. Place 2 layers of absorbent towel on a flat surface.
  2. Turn the dock upside down onto the tissue for 2 minutes 
  3. Turn the dock back over and wipe the top surface with another towel, take care not to damage the nozzles

Vaping

  • The vape is sold empty (without eliquid inside), it needs filling and charging before use. The vape has a built-in function to stop vaping before it has been dock to avoid burning the heating element.

  • During normal vaping the green light will come on whilst being puffed and for three seconds afterwards.
  • When it is close to needing to be refilled / recharged the green light will flash for three seconds after a puff. When this happens it is recommended that the vape be inserted into the dock.
  • When the vape requires refilling or recharging it will not vape and will flash red / green if it is puffed. It will need to be inserted into the dock for refilling / recharging to start it vaping again.
  • When the vape is close to its expiration it will show red after vaping.
  • When the vape has expired the red light will come on permanently and it will not vape even if it is inserted into a dock.

  • It depends on how long you puff for but generally it will require refilling / recharging at around 500 puffs

  1. It depends on how long you puff for but the vape will expire at around 10,000 puffs. For some flavours, you may feel that you want to replace it before 10,000 puffs if the performance starts to decline.

  • The vape will not be able to be puffed and the red light will permanently come on. Please dispose of the vape in an environmentally friendly manner when this happens.

  • The vape is programmed to expire because the quality of the vapour declines after 10,000 puffs

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

  • Once payment has been taken we cannot cancel your order, but you have the right to return your product if it is unused within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund.

AYR Docks and vaporisers:

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, although we accept that you will probably have used the vaporiser and some liquid before reaching your decision that the product is not right for you.
  • After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your package is returned to us.

Liquids:

  • E-liquid is a consumable product and therefore AYR cannot offer a returns policy on any opened or partially used item.
  • Taste is subjective so we do not offer a refund if you do not like the flavour - we recommend you purchase just one 10ml bottle of a new flavour to try before committing to a bigger purchase.

  • Please discuss with the outlet as their returns and refunds policies will be applicable

Error Codes and Troubleshooting

If the dock encounters any issues during the refill or recharge process, it will display an error code via the lights on the front. Please refer to the following error codes

Temperature

The Dock is outside it operational temperature range, it has to be room temperature to fill. Try moving it to another location.

Empty Bottle

The bottle might be empty. Remove it from the dock, if it has no liquid, replace. If it has liquid inside, reinsert and try again.

Vape Inserted Too Early

The vape was inserted into the dock while showing a red light. Remove it, wait for the dock to show green light, reinsert the vape.
